The author/philosopher Albert Camus (7/11/1913 – 04/01/1960) came out with more (mostly pessimistic) odd sayings than you could shake a stick at.

“Should I kill myself or should I have a cup of coffee?”

Live to the point of tears.”

“You will never be happy if you continue to search for what happiness consists of. You will never live if you are looking for the meaning of life.”

“Do not wait for the last judgement. It comes every day.”

“I rebel, therefore I exist.”

“The sky will last longer than I.”

“The only serious question in life is whether to kill yourself or not.”
