Superadventure Annual

There were 13 Atlas Superadventure Annuals produced between 1959 and 1971 despite the comic ending circa 1960. I currently own twelve of them. The 1962 edition continues to elude me and these days all the Atlas Annuals such as Superman, Superboy, especially Batman are getting expensive despite usually being in quite poor condition. I was prepared to bid £25 for this one recently available on eBay but the final selling price was a mind-boggling £123.45.

PS: The earlier Atlas Batman Annuals seem increasingly difficult to find. I guess Batman wasn’t as well known/popular as Superman here in the UK before the TV show aired. The 1967 and 1968 Annuals still seem quite common so were probably printed in greater numbers. They used to sell for £2 on eBay but those days are gone.
