This was sold in the early 1990s so wasn’t contemporary with the Rowan and Martin Laugh-In TV show.

I didn’t have a Fickle Finger of Fate water pistol but in the 1960s I did own a bonkers toy plastic imitation finger that looked quite dangerous as it fired some sort of projectiles and did other odd stuff too.
